I just found quite possably one of the most fun multiplayer games I have ever run across.

It was released May 2007 and is on all operating systems (Linux, Mac OS X, Windows and BSD).

The game is incredibly fast, small and usable.
The game is TeeWorlds (renamed from TeeWars).
Oh yea, it's free.
